Windows Phone 7 was a big boost for Microsoft in mobile phones, in particular as the operating system was built starting from scratch without major legacy of earlier Windows Mobile 6.x. This is both great news and challenges for developers.

- The process for the application development on Windows Phone
- Introduction to Silverlight
- Build your first Windows 7 Phone App
- The application's lifecycle (for example Activate / Deactivate)
- UI guidelines (tiles, color management, fonts, etc..)

Day 2:
- More on Silverlight in Windows Phone
- Launchers & choosers
- Using the platform services as telephony, camera, media player, Sensors, Location / GPS, Mail, etc.
- Hubs
- Page navigation, Portrait, Landscape, Panorama, Pivot
- Push notifications
- HTTP and basic Web communication
- Web Services
- Using on-line services such as Bing Maps
Day 3:
- Security in Windows Phone 7
- Use encryption and signing features
- Testing
- Architecture for advanced application projects
- Performance (analysis and optimization)
- Design patterns (MVVM, IoC, SL Toolkit)
- Streaming Media
- To publish and sell your applications in Marketplace

Basic knowledge in C# and .NET Framework
